Adding comments

In this example, we add a comment on the (new) entry for 'sensor for static surface displacement' inviting further discussions and improvements of this entry. Since currently no information about publishers is automatically stored, it is recommended that you add a comment with your name, e-mail address and an information about the status of the entry so that other are informed about the origin.
