Activity 5.4:The GEOSS Science and Technology Stakeholder Network.

The GEOSS S&T Stakeholder Network aims to link major components of the S&T stakeholders of Earth observations to GEOSS and to provide a voice to these stakeholder in support of the development of GEOSS as a user-driven system of systems.
