In
appreciation to your mail and interest to participate in
this forth coming international
conference meeting, I wish to inform you that your request
to participate has
been accepted by the organization. The forth coming
international conference
meeting is open for everyone who is interested to
participate.
The
international conference meeting is scheduled to take place
from 25th to 30th
September, 2017 @ Royal Richard Hotel conference hall Dallas
Texas USA. The
essence of the conference meeting is to enlighten our
society on "the
effects of environmental pollution on human health and
economic growth".
The forth coming international conference meeting is
organized by the
Environmental Protection and Human Rights Organization here
in United States of
America.
Delegates
are accepted to participate together as a group of 2 to 7
persons from each
country or organization; you can also participate as an
individual if you don’t
have a group. The independent donors and the organization
sponsors are
responsible for participants traveling documents (Visa)
application processing
and Air round trip tickets to attend the conference and
there will also be
translators present at the conference for all major
languages. Note that
participants will only be responsible and to pay for their
hotel accommodation
charges with the recommend hotel.
Your
registration file will be open after we have received your
filled registration
forms A and B and your hotel booking confirmation receipt.
You are to contact
the hotel management and make your room booking to secure
your hotel
accommodation. We shall send you an official invitation
letter immediately
after the confirmation of your registration to enable you
obtain the U.S visa
to participate in this event. Your visa documents will be
process here in
United States and the approval letter of your visa will be
sent to the U.S
Embassy in your country for the collection of your
visa.
All
participants are requested to make a paper presentation on
the event topics
which is " The effects of environmental pollution on
human health and
economic growth" as it affects your society, for all
documentation will be
published by the Environmental Protection and Human Rights
Organization and
certificate will be given to all participants as a
representative of 2017
conference meeting.
All
filled registration forms and hotel booking receipt should
be submitted to the
conference secretariat office: [ephro.infodesk@aol.com] before [August 17th, 2017.]
which is the deadline date to
receive filled registration forms and hotel booking
receipt.

Note:
immediately after your registration file is opened, your
registration documents
will be forwarded to the U.S Bureau of Immigrant Affairs
(Visa Processing
Office) here in United States for the authorization and

documents before faxing the visa documents to U.S Embassy
(Consulate Office) in
your country of resident and you shall be called by the
Embassy for visa
appointment date to secure your visa for the conference
meeting.
